We don’t train practitioners. We carry the work of the ones already doing it.
The early years are a valley
The healers already exist. The yogi, the sound healer, the Reiki and energy worker, the martial artist, the herbalist, the teacher whose credential is lineage. Knowledgeable, talented, and too often invisible. The early years of an independent practice are an economic valley almost nobody crosses alone: renting rooms you cannot fill, marketing a craft that was never meant to be marketed, working underpaid while building a clientele one referral at a time.
Meanwhile the community that needs you cannot find you, has never been invited to experience your work, and cannot tell a vetted healer from a hobbyist. Gifted practitioners stall, burn out, or quit. Every healer lost is a neighborhood that stays unserved. The valley is the problem. The umbrella is the answer.
What the umbrella carries
- Funded cohorts. Donors fund the campaign before the first session. You are paid for the work, not asked to volunteer it.
- An audience. The platform brings the cohort. You do not market your way into a full room.
- Venues, yours or ours. If you have a space, the cohort comes to you. If you do not, the Hive, the Dojo, and partner sites across the Phoenix Metro carry it.
- An introduction system. Workshops and free community sessions let the community experience your work before a Circle ever forms.
- Content and distribution. Sessions are filmed and carried across our channels. Your work builds a documented body you keep.
- Credibility through alignment. Vetting and a published Covenant mean your name arrives already trusted.
- A peer community. Practitioners meet practitioners. Collaborations start here.
The more healers, the better
Trauma and extreme stress are becoming the default condition of modern life, and the need for genuine healers grows faster than any clinic system can absorb. The supply exists but it is perishable: the valley claims practitioners every year and takes decades of lineage with them. Every healer this umbrella catches multiplies into cohorts, alumni, and neighborhoods served for years. In a world like this one, healers are infrastructure.
The roster is forming.
Practitioners are announced as they pass vetting. Vetted practitioners join one alignment conversation at a time, and the first names appear here as Circles open. If you are already doing this work, the application is open.
The Covenant
- Do the work well.
- The practitioner owns the quality of what happens inside the Circle.
- Hold the mission.
- Breath, discipline, power. Community, not extraction. Transformation, not performance.
- Honor the community.
- Participants, fellow practitioners, donors, partners. No cross-talk. No performance. Confidentiality holds in every cohort.
- Carry the lineage forward.
- Whatever you were given, give it back: to participants, to other practitioners, to the communities who need it.
Extraction is the named violation. A practitioner who pulls participants into outside paid offerings is removed. The Covenant is the only gate.
Vetting is real
Not every applicant is approved. Alignment with the covenant is the only gate. Expect a real conversation before anything is scheduled. The umbrella is deliberately wide: yogis, sound healers, Reiki and energy workers, martial artists, herbalists. If your practice heals holistically and you pass the vetting, you have a role to play.
