Asé Flow is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Monthly giving is what keeps breath, movement, and healing within reach for the Phoenix community. As thanks, monthly givers receive full access to everything we teach.
Every dollar given here sustains free community programming: The Reset, the Healing Circles, and sponsored seats for those who cannot pay.

The Practice
The Practice: weekly breathwork, Sundays 10am at Uneed Martial Arts in Glendale, plus pop-up sessions across the Phoenix Metro.
The Dojo
The Dojo: self-defense and Gungfu training, Sundays from 11am at Uneed Martial Arts.
The Library
The full digital course library (current + future). Recorded practices you can use between sessions.
The Inner Circle
Discord access, the Member Live Room for virtual sessions, priority booking, and first access to new cohorts.

Where Giving Circles sit
Healing Circles are donor-funded programs that run on their own schedule. Monthly giving is how the community holds the practice steady between them.
